E-course on the MARLISCO educational pack
MARLISCO partners have recently run an online course on marine litter from the 23rd to the 30th of June, 2014. The course aimed to introduce the newly produced educational material Know, Feel, Act! to Stop Marine Litter: Lesson Plans and activities for middle level students to formal and non formal European educators. The educational material has just been finalised in English language it will soon be available online in the MARLISCO webpage in English as well as many more European languages.
During its 8-day life, the 69 course trainees from 13 countries viewed and commented on videos, studied online documents, undertook e-assignments, shared their experiences in online discussion Forums, and developed their own ideas for meaningful educational content. The course formed a lively, highly engaged learning community motivated to bring MARLISCO messages at grass root level.
One more round of the e-course is foreseen to take place in Autumn 2014.
