She presented MARLISCO and how the project will help in spreading the message and bring together efforts in several European coastal countries. Xenia Loizidou (Isotech) showed some of the best practices for prevention and remediation of marine litter collected in MARLISCO, and an innovative tool (DeCyDe) that can help prioritising and selecting the most adequate ones for a particular context. This conference was attended by 300 scientists and experts, from 40 different countries.
